Who am I? I’m Frances Caballo (pronounced ka-by-yo) and I love social media.
Social media is a dynamic field that is constantly evolving and I enjoy the challenge of keeping up with every innovation and tweak that occurs so I can help people like you grow your online presence.
I began as a reporter before delving into the field of public relations. When social media emerged, it was only natural that I would dive into this new platform.
As a social media strategist and manager, my focus is on helping businesses like yours surmount the barriers that keep you from flourishing online. When you retain me, you have a team member ready to write your blog posts, set up your social media profiles, and handle your accounts for you.
That’s right; you’ll never have to think about your social media accounts again (unless you want to). I guess you could call me a social media genie. I do it all for you.
Frances impacted our brand awareness over multiple social media platforms tremendously. We chose to outsource our social media marketing initiatives in order to effectively manage this ever changing landscape. Through her comprehensive understanding of social media we were able to dramatically increase our visibility and presence through networks such as Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest. While EcoNugenics is a small and relatively little known brand, Frances efficiently reached out to consumers around the world through social media. Frances was an extremely wise investment in the marketing of our brand.”

Whether you are a lawyer, roofer or hairstylist, you need to be on social media in today’s world if you expect to grow your business. The Social Business Benchmark 2014 polled organizations and found that 88 percent of them agree that a social media presence is important to stay competitive.
We live in a social world and so it makes sense that social media would become a powerful marketing strategy. Today’s consumers tend to be less swayed by broadcast ads and more convinced by their friends’ recommendations expressed on social media.
Social media is how you build trust with prospective clients, deepen relationships with the clients you have and boost traffic to your website.
Some people think I’m on social media 24/7. Absolutely not. Like you, I try to maintain a healthy balance in my life so I hike, cycle, play pinochle, and volunteer for the Golden Gate Labrador Retriever Rescue, based in San Francisco. That’s how Dixie, pictured above, came to me.
But enough about me.
